I personally had to talk with 3 different people. First with the Front Desk Manager, then the Rooms Division Manager, and lastly with a representative from the HR. However, I believe if you do not make an impact with the initial person you had an interview with, they send you home right away. Otherwise, each interviewer asks you to stay so that you can have a screening with the next one.
