I had 4 interviews: with Human Resource department, with Front Office Manager, Room Division Manager and General Manager. All decision-making process took more or less 2 weeks. All managers were very helpful, kind and smiley, what I liked most of all =)

The front office manager Asia was a delight. The GM was a very different energy. Make sure you’re familiar with hotel security and evacuation procedures. I forgot the hotel has a serious security event and unfortunately I don’t have the experience with evacuation.
