Regarding to the review, someone just took 2rd of interview and they got hired. But in this the interview process is a little bit bureaucratic and redundant. It took about 4th round for recruiting an entry level staff. It could be known as well whether the applicant is suitable for the job duty when interviewed by the line manager. For other managers, they may ever not meet the worker or even don't what their duties, so it seems they are just interesting of meeting an applicant rather than recruiting.
