Had initial phone screen on a Thursday. Recruiter said that she'd get back to me Friday maybe Monday at latest with next steps. I heard nothing. By Monday night I emailed the recruiting asking for next steps. And by the following Thursday I received an automated email saying they're moving foreword with other candidates
