After an initial phone screen, the first interview was with the department hiring manager, and the second interview was with someone from HR. They make you take a personality test and then a cognitive skills test. They did not respond to communication after the second interview, and would not give interview feedback.

Having been contacted thru an independent recruiter, my interview was with the sales manager. I was later told that this individual had approved me for a second interview with one of the owners, which was suddenly cancelled without explanation.
