Entretien
It was very easy, only one English interview with very basic questions. After that, the paperwork was a lil bit annoying but nothing to worry about. The training lasted 1 month and after that, you'll start the operations and receive clients with their cases.
There will be an assessment first, if you passed then the interview will be based on what account you are assigned to. So, it depends on the account. On my part, I was assigned to healthcare account and there are 3 processes aside from the initial interview.
