Brief phone preselection by a recruitment agency, then a video interview (approx 30 mins) with the agency and finally a physical interview at the Foundever/Sitel office, which was supposed to last 30-45 minutes.

Question 1
Before the interview started, the staff in the building seemed disorganized and wouldn't let me in the office so I was standing outside by the elevator and waiting. The interview started off with me introducing myself, and this introduction was interrupted halfway. The interviewer was arrogant, praising the company too much and asking tricky questions, with occasional unpleasant comments. They had this attitude as if I came to beg them for a job, instead of them hiring an external agency to hunt me. I found it shocking especially because this arrogance and intimidation came from an HR person. I guess it reflects the company culture and how they treat people.

Entretien
Hiring process for staff employees is very tedious due to sifting best candidates for the position and because they hire in bulk. Examinations really sift only fit candidates for the job though may take days.

Staff questions are generated by results gathered from examinations to validate distortions. Client specific language examinations are offered to agent level and can be difficult most of the times.
