Easy, fast process. First - phone talk, then you skills check. Then English test and 3 weeks of training. Generally, a nice interview process. There was some problems with getting access cards, but that solved it in 3 weeks.
I was invited to two interviews on site and for the thire and final one with the manager, the first time the manager didnt show up so o had to comeback the next day and once again the manager wasnt there so they arranged a phone call and after having answered all the questions they simply rejected my application without any reason. The company needs more organization

A good system to do interviews online. less stress to prepare myself to answer all questions on the website, using video recording. It is better to give an explanation clearly with some situation examples that you faced when working at your previous company.
