I applied online and they called me to set up a face-to-face interview after two weeks. Attire is byusiness casual. Ot was an easy interview. The interviewer was very nice. We talked about how much we love coffee (i willbe working for the coffee shop account) and he just asked about my past customer service experience. I was hired on the spot, did my drug test the next day and received my offer shortly after.

It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
