      Entretien

      The interview process took two weeks once they expressed interest in me. The first person to contact me was the Front Office Manager, Bruce. On the day of the interview I arrived 10 minutes early, and Bruce was kind enough to see me right away. The interview was very cordial, we sat by a window that was in few of the hotel's English Garden. We talked for about half an hour. Once the interview with Bruce was over he informed me that I would be contacted by Human Resources for a screening interview. HR called me a few days later and brought me in within a week of the interview with Bruce. This time I spoke with Michelle, the Human Resources Director. Our interview lasted about 45 minutes. After the meeting with Michelle, I was informed that I would be contacted within two days if they were interested. They called me back later that day with an offer and I accepted it. The interview process is not lengthy, but it is intensely professional. They take themselves and their culture very seriously. That is why I sought them out; because I know that they provide diamond level service and they take care of their people.

What do you think is the hardest thing about working in a hotel? 4. What kind of money are you looking for? 5. She'll critique your personality and tell you if she feels you are a good fit for the hotel. 6. Why are you leaving your current job? 7. If there was one thing you could change about your last job what would it be? 8. Do you have any questions for me?
