Started with an HR screen which was great, probably the highlight of the process, the interview was a true gem amongst the pebbles in the organization.
Then a colleague interview - also great.
Then an assignment which was fairly easy if you know what you are doing. Now comes the not so great.
A panel interview with multiple departments...they asked questions rapid fire that felt more like a grill session...Just asking random irrelevant questions with some I'd argue were illegal in an HR context...
Then came a personality quiz (such a joke) but the worst of all was the CEO interview...Take these reviews to heart, one talk with the CEO and I knew that this organization is mismanaged and lacks leadership guidance...Questions I asked were such a waste of time as they were either irrelevant or completely covered in the HR screen...I truly have never experienced such a bizarre interview and I wholeheartedly believe it told me everything I would need to know about this awful, misrun, organization...Hard pass...
