Two rounds of interviews followed by a background check. First round was with the Superintendent of both basins, next was with the engineering team. Pretty straight forward interview process and the team was very straightforward and friendly. Would have loved to join the company but ended up declining the offer as the compensation wasn't consistent with the market conditions and what other competitors were offering.
