Like many interview processes, this one started with an initial screening call over the phone. They ask why you're leaving your existing job and then try familiarize you with Foundation's mission to provide affordable housing. If they like you, you move onto the next round. The next round involves meeting with them at their headquarters off of IH-35. The interview was done by their lead HR person, who despite not having formal technology training is incredibly tech savvy and knew her stuff inside and out. You learn about their MSP for help desk support. You learn about their different facilities. You learn that they need someone to take ownership of tech projects and infrastructure. While I didn't get an offer, I was really pleased with the people I spoke to and made a recommendation for another candidate.
