I applied, and was invited for an interview within a week with the Program Manager. I had a second interview soon after with the Executive Director, and was offered the position after a reference check. I left both interviews with the impression that the team was friendly, open, and deeply committed to supporting their program participants. I happily accepted the offer and have worked at Found in Translation for almost four years now.
