They email you and give you detailed instructions on how to get to their office, where to park and they validate your parking, which is nice. The interview is surprisingly informal, they mainly just want to hear your story and have you talk a lot about yourself. To be honest, I don't think they turn many people down.

Entretien
I came into the office and was immediately greeted by the secretary who offered me coffee while I waited. After about 10 minutes I was taken back to an interview room and the interviewer went through a bunch of typical interview questions as well as some personal questions that might give a look at what the interviewee's personality is and how they see their career progressing. I researched my interview and it turned out he played college football with my high school coach, so he was later used as a character reference for me.
He described the company as an "island of misfit toys" and explained to me that most of the people at the company come from other companies and that the firm gives people more autonomy in how they conduct their business, you can focus on anything from term life to stocks to corporate bonds. I can respect this because other companies will encourage selling policies even if clients don't need them, that seems to be why a lot of people came to the company in the first place.
