The interview process with Forward Financing was a very enjoyable experience. I could tell that they were interested in getting to know me before speaking about the company, which showed me they really care about their company culture and the people that create it.The process what relatively fast from start to finish. First was a phone interview, then two in person interviews with team leaders as well as the CEO and Co-Founder of the company. From beginning to end, I was interviewed and hired in about a week.
