First round - 30min phone call with engineering manager. Second round - 1hr call with engineer (1/2 chatting and 1/2 technical). They engaged really genuinely with my questions. And they seemed to appreciate the candidate digging into their culture, to see if there was a fit. I loved meeting them overall. I'd love to apply again in future. Also ~ my interviewers were both highly engaged and excited to meet me, unlike other reviews on here had led me to believe.
