I had a call with the recruiter who sounded very nervous and only asked me two questions: 1. "Can you give me a background of your career and what you've been doing?" 2. "Why do you want to work at Forward?" She then proceeded to talk for 20 minutes about how Forward was going to change the world and provide free healthcare. The business model seemed unrealistic and flawed. I asked if I could hear about the compensation range that this position would offer and she said "I actually don't know but can you provide your compensation range that you're looking for?" The lack of transparency around salary range was already a red flag and I've read reviews of other people who've experienced the same issue when interviewing at Forward.
