Four back to back interviews. Everyone was easy to talk to. They asked why you left your last position and why you want to join FORVIS. They stressed the number of industries you would get experience with as an associate.
The first stage process was a live teams interview followed by an assessment centre. I felt like the process was personal and actually enjoyed both the interview and assessment centre.

Felt like interviewer was vibe checking and wanted to know if i would fit well in the team. they knew that fresh grads wouldnt have much industry knowledge so they did not question much on it. friendly and very understanding.

40 minute call with a recruiter, simple conversational questions assessing experiences, motivations and some hypothetical questions. The interviewer was friendly and relaxed. Conducted over the phone, with the next steps being an in person assessment centre.
