Screening Phone Call with HR, 1 Virtual Round with Director, 2 In-Person Rounds with Partners. The process was straight forward and feedback was fast. Interview process was good, firm not so much.

I was given a case study sent by the HR intern but it came in late by 10minutes, followed by video interview with partner and team members nearing to the end of session. Lastly, another round of interview with partner.

How do I manage client's expectation? How do I assign job to the team members and my team members may have higher flying hours in this department.
The interview process is efficient and effective. With both technical and soft skill questions. Three interviewers with experience ranging from mid level to senior. The interviews were conducted professionally and provided a good window into how the firm operates.
