Interview screen with talent acquisition person, then in person with office partner and other employees. Then phone call with managing partner. Offer was given at the end. The process took awhile, around 3 weeks.

One virtual interview, which was about 20 minutes. The second interview was about 40 minutes in person with a tour of the office. Recruiter wasn’t the best everything was very last minute and was given about 2 days notice before interview

One interview you talk to the recruiter and then if they like you you’ll get another interview with a director. They asked pretty basic questions. Given that it was for a entry level tax position they don’t expect much experience if any,
