Multiple stage interview process.
The assessment day was demanding, however I was given a lot of support and time to prepare for it.
For the group task, I was teamed with applicants for other service lines, so it didn't feel competitive.
There were not any trick questions.

Entretien
Online numerical test. This was then followed by a telephone interview with basic motivational then competency questions. After this, virtual assessment centre featuring group exercise, case study, presentation, interview and numerical re-test.
