It was alright, applied online, did tests and was invited for a telephone interview. The initial position I applied for was already closed (applied late), and because I didn’t receive an update for a telephone interview I emailed them and they were able to transfer my application for the initial position (financial services) to privately owned business.

Phone interview, very chill, make you feel comfortable, 3 parts of the interview, 1 based on company info, 2nd on team working and competency questions and 3rd on organisational skills and competency questions. Remember to use STAR technique then answering
