The Telephone Interview was split into two parts. The first part involved standard questions (why the role, why consulting, etc.) and competency questions. The second part involved questions on your chosen service line and what the biggest issue was regarding your chosen service line.

Entretien
Assessment Centre was very well run and had a friendly atmosphere. There were lots of different job applicants so it didn't feel like you were competing against everyone which definitely helped for the group tasks.

Entretien
I did the online application and was invited to take the online test. Based on the application and the online test I was offered a phone interview. Put time into answering the questions in the online application properly, I believe these impact their decision.
The phone interview was 30 minutes and they ask you basic questions to see if you understand the company, role and industry. There will be some basic competency and situational questions as well.
I took the online assessment centre. It was really well organised, and they give you plenty of information ahead of the day. They will tell you about the exercises, and that information is more than enough to go off of. I had 1 interview for about 1 hour, with competency, industry understanding and examples of past experience type questions.
I heard back really quickly, expect to hear in 1 week max. I was really impressed with the organisation of their assessment centre.
