Initially they told two rounds of virtual interview and lastly they called us for face to face for final third round which was unnecessary because Fortrea only short lists candidates around 10-11 and they could have selected within the initial two rounds. After attending in company obviously we will be having dream and hope we get selected after seeing the company and workers there. If we hadn’t had face to face and if we didn’t get selected for the role we wouldn’t have felt bad but we travelled so far and had hope and after not getting selected it’s loss.
