I got the email invite for an online video prescreen on Friday asking to complete the process by Tuesday.
There were about 10-12 questions ranging from What do you know about the company to Will you be available for monitoring new implementation after working hours or on weekends.
I got the rejection email 3 weeks later.
I find that this approach is SO impersonal and SO lazy of HR. Where people could judge me based on recordings while I was talking to a camera without getting clues from body language.
I'm glad I wasn't selected. This tells a lot about how they treat employees IMO.
