Their HR contact reached out to me on LinkedIn and I was hesitant at first. After reading the job description which was almost a perfect match for my experience I agreed to 3 phone interviews which lasted about 30 minutes each. They all went very well as far as I knew. I was finally scheduled for an in person interview which lasted almost 4 hours. I spoke to department heads and even the COO. I was told that I was the first to be interviewed in a long line of interviewees. So likely I would hear something by the end of the following week. It’s been 3 weeks since my interview and I have reached out to HR and the head of the department I was interviewing for. Absolute silence. Even if I did not get the position it would be nice to know that.
