Applied through their website, got a call 2 weeks later and set up a time with the recruiter for an initial screening call. Met with the hiring manager and then the technical interview. I wasn't successful after the technical interview and got ghosted. Very unprofessional. Not even an email or phone call to say I was unsuccessful.
