I can say by far this was the best interview process but because the interview was easy or I got selected but because the interview had a human element to it. I asked for a 2 weeks time to attend the technical round as I was busy moving to Canada from my home country and both the recruiter and then technical panel were fine with it as they understood what it takes to leave your home country and move to a all new place. This was an interview where words mattered more than certifications on paper. Though I did not have any certifications what the technical panel assessed was my knowledge on the technologies and if I fit into the requirement.
