J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forrester (Cambridge, MA) en mai 2008
Entretien
Applied to a resume drop box on my college career web site. No cover letter. Had an initial phone screen with a hiring manager on a research team. I wasn't accepted but, was referred to apply to another team. Following a second phone screen by that team's hiring manager, I was scheduled to come onsite, where I did a series of 5 interviews -- some in person, and some over the phone. My advice to prospective Research Associates is to demonstrate interest in technology, even the role of personal technology in your life. Demonstrate a general understanding of Forrester's business. Hiring managers are also looking for communication skills and evidence of organizational skills.

The process took around 1 month to complete, 2 interviews (1 initial screening and 1 hiring manager interview), followed by 3 behavioral interviews (with 3 different interviewers), and followed by an assignment.
