I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and then several members of the team. I was given a case study and asked to present my approach to the client ask to members of the consulting team in-office. The interview process was intense, but a wonderful experience - I got a great sense of the consulting capability and the types of projects they manage. From beginning to end, my recruiter kept me in the loop - providing feedback from the interviews, following up quickly with next steps, and answering any questions I had about the process, role, team, and organization. I can genuinely say this was the best interview process I've ever gone through.
HR approached me via LinkedIn, a screen call was set with HR. Then a screen call with business line manager. Then 3 back-to-back interviews with senior manager. Finally a week time to prepare a report and presentation on a specific case. In general the process is painless. HR is super helpful and nice. All the interviewers are friendly.

First interview with the HR and your future manager, just to get to know you.
Then, 3 behavioural interviews to see how you react to situations.
Finally, 1 case study that you receive one week earlier and you have to present to 10 people from the company.
All the interview experience was great. All the people were super nice and helpful. I would recommend it 100%. One of the nicest process I have ever had.

Question 1
How are you empowering working with people from different cultures? give me examples
Four interviews so far, has been great conversation and I think the next round is a presentation. They ask very behavior oriented questions, but they are still fairly natural and easy-going. Still waiting on next round
