Short call with recruiter after referral, during which he mostly just told me about the company and role, followed by 2 hour at home technical challenge (emailed to me and could be scheduled when I wanted)

Applied back in October, and only heard back at the end of Fabruary. First round was an hour-long phone call with a technical recruiter and an engineer. Pretty behavioral, mostly to get fit and experience. They did show their cards pretty early on, emphasis on fast pace, long hours. They have a clear implication of their lack of work-life balance at least. Next was a timed assessment, just a series of design problems but I definitely did not have enough time to really work them all out. Following was a video call with hiring managers to review your assessment. I could kind of tell from early on that they weren't totally vibing with me, but I also could have done better on the assessment.
