30 minute pre screen interview. The guy spent too much time talking about the products that the company sells (interesting of course, but the position is not connected to the product so keep it short please) that left me no time to ask my questions. It was very cold and he rushed me to wrap up the interview in a not so lowkey way!! Not a lot of information about the tasks and overall structuring of the company. A few days later I received a very cold rejection email with no "thank you for your time and interest", not even a "kind regards" or "i wish you all the best with your job search". Sorry, but if you decide to work in HR, you need to treat people with kindness and respect, even those you will reject. This is not the right way to communicate.Advice: book more time to let people talk about themselves and their motivation and speak less about the product you are selling unless the position is product based. Bit hard to judge if someone is a fit or not if they only get 10 minutes to speak
