My interview process with Form Energy was one of the better ones that I've been through. It was quick, professional, and human. I really appreciated the time and effort my recruiter, D, put into the process. I applied online, heard back quickly, and had a screening call with the recruiter. After that I had a call with the hiring manager. After this call, I had a 4hr technical panel interview comprised of a technical presentation and then breakout interviews. Finally, I spent 30min on the phone with a VP. I also visited the team at their office in the Bay Area for a tour. There were a few interviews that needed to be changed, and the recruiting team was very responsive.
