1 phone interview 2 task to complete 3 if the task was completed then the interview was offered, I was surprised how professional they were and casual at the same time. They didn't try to find a person who knows everything, but they were looking for people with right attitude and mindset.

A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We had an initial conversation and he set up an interview with the hiring managers. This was within 3 days of first contact. The interview process with the hiring managers was smooth, just a conversation about the role and previous experience. I progressed to a technical interview with 3 of the engineers currently in the role. I thought it went ok but no offer in the end.
