It was conducted over Microsoft Teams with three people on the interview panel. I was required to give a 10 minute presentation on why the job role was important and what I could bring to the role, I had been made aware of this topic in ample time before the interview. The panel took it in turns to ask an array of different questions including competency questions, quick fire scenario questions and about previous experience.
