I interviewed with three people at Foresight. The first interview was with the recruiter which lasted approximately 30 minutes and she asked the basic questions. The second interview was with the VP of HR and lasted about an hour long. The third was with the CEO via video and I could tell within about 5 minutes that it was not going to work. He projected arrogance and as a leader who would be tough to work for is a sales role because he is a salesperson at heart and wants to sell his way. The company is just over a year old and he is trying to get out of sales so he can deal with the day to day operations of the company.
