Entretien
I had a short phone interview followed by 2 conventional interviews. In the phone interview, they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the travel requirements and that I understood the demands of the job.

Both face to face interviews were very casual. They were both held in a coffee shop and they seemed less concerned about my skills vs the kind of person I was. They asked a bunch of behavioural based questions.

Entretien
The first interview is quite basic with general and normal interview questions. If you make it to the second interview, then the company sends you a book regarding behavioral science in the workplace and ask you to read the first 4 chapters prior to the second interview. If you make it through the second interview then you interview with the leaders in the office one by one. In total there are 5 interviews before you are hired.
