They were very good at keeping in contact. They had a couple rounds and made me come in office. It seemed to be going excellent. The very last question before I left the room resulted in me mentioning that I was laid off.After telling me they would be in touch in 2 weeks they disappeared and I had to chase them down to tell me they had hired someone else. It is disrespectful to take someone through the interview process and not have the gall to update them on the fact that they are not moving forward, no matter what the reason. Do better.
