After the recruiter call, there was a one hour call with the program head and a current FCG. The interview was all behavioral and felt like a conversation. They described the program, asked questions for 30 minutes, then left the rest for interviewee questions.
Was interviewed at a conference. Applied at the conference, had a mini interview, then a full longer one the next day. From that point received an offer two weeks later

Know a lil bit about ford and it history, will go a long way
Traveled to Dearborn and stayed overnight at the beautiful Dearborn Inn. The interview began at 11 am the following morning. It lasted 1.5 hours and consisted of about eight questions, each with at least five follow-up questions. The interview was fairly intense, and if there was any discrepancy in your answer, the interviewers pressed you into fully elaborating.
