First you have to pass an English test, then you go to a real case situation, adn you need to make a decision, then you explain it to 5 Engineers. Then they put you in a group with 5 or 6 people just like you, going for the same job, and they make you have a discussion. After passing that test, you go with lots of interviews with Engineers.
