Was first contacted to do a phone interview then I was invited to attend the Ford Management Conference in Dearborn, MI. Ford provided the transportation to and from the conference as well as a hotel room in Dearborn. The interview consisted of two parts, a group and an individual. In the group interview the interviewers mostly just observed how we as a group interacted and worked out the problem. The individual interview was pretty straightforward and relaxed with some behavioral questions and some situational.
