There was a very detailed process. There were multiple parties that participated and there was a chance for me to ask questions as well. Many of the questions were a bit antiquated, but I bore it out. They need a better process.

Tell me about a time when you thought you were doing a good job and you boss said you were.
There was one in-person interview. Went to different location than what I'd be working at...didn't get good instructions where to enter on the campus and got lost. One hour interview.
