The interview took about an hour and a half. It was scenario based, with multiple questions being asked at once. You are graded on not only your answers to each, but your ability to answer in sequence and in a timely fashion. Approximately 8 to 10 questions were asked.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of phone screening, phone interview and in person interview. Overall process lasted one month and was smooth. Similar questions were asked in the phone and in person interview.

The interview process was very straightforward. I had 2 rounds of interviews before I got hired. First, phone screening and then an in-person interview with the management team. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks.

Great communication from interview to the end of the hiring process! Reached out a week after applying for a ovine interview. Followed by a webex interview, followed by an offer just a few weeks later. Would highly recommend working for ford if granted the opportunity.
