Process was simply in my case, carried out by my former University.
So you basically apply for different internships at Ford for the Production Plant we have in Valencia, send your CV and grades. After that, people from different departments interview you and decide if you can fir for one of the roles.
In my case I was called by the Purchasing Department and I got the job.
