I had a 15 minute phone interview with technical recruiter for a position with Ford Racing. The recruiter asked mostly logistical questions to get a feel if I would be a good fit and then would notify the hiring manager to move me forward with more technical-related interviews.

Why do you think you are qualified for this position?
The interview process consisted of two rounds of 30 min interviews with the hiring managers on the team. It was both discussion of resume projects and experience as well as a couple of technical questions that are considered mechanical engineering fundamentals.

El proceso de la entrevista es muy estructura desde el principio y tiene una metodología que es fácil seguir, son diferentes entrevistas entre pruebas técnicas y entrevista 1:1, el proceso tarda al redodor de un mes desde el primer contacto con un intervalo de 1 semana entre pruebas
