Mcqs cover aptitude, and technical questions
Coding questions were of level easy to moderate.
For me interview lasted for about 45-50min which is of both technical and Hr.

My interview experience with Ford Software India was subpar. Communication was disorganized, interviewers seemed unprepared and disinterested, providing vague answers. The overall atmosphere lacked enthusiasm, leaving a negative impression. I expected more professionalism and engagement from a company of Ford's stature.

Entretien
The interview process was simple. 2 rounds. One Technical and one HR. The interviewers were friendly. The questions were simple and easy to answer. Mostly focused on overall technical knowhow.
