J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (New York, NY) en mars 2014
Entretien
Got a call to come into for an interview. It was a group interview. Waited outside before the store opened and the whole line was walked in downstairs. We were split into groups but in the same room. Asked basic interviews question and then we were dismissed. I got another call asking to come in for a follow up interview. This time 1 on 1 with the manager. More personal questions and situational questions. I thought I did well but I was never called back for an offer. I tried to call the store to follow up but I kept being put on hold.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
