I arrived at the door and once they let me in, they directed me to the staff room upstairs. I waited 5 mins for the manager, in order to start the interview. I was asked the typical retail interview questions. I got a call back after 2 weeks, I turned down the job as I had started working elsewhere. The staff seemed friendly as were busy as the interview was during the Christmas period.

Straightforward process. I had a phone interview initially, asking why I wanted to work at Foot Locker and my experience.
The Group interview was also straightforward, they wanted to see how well I related with others in the interview.

Waited around 30 mins to be called in for interview and in the mean time, waited within the store. Brief, informal chat with manager about CV. For example previous work experience, hobbies, education and qualification. Asked a few questions testing my knowledge on sales etc. Never got a response letting me know how the interview went.
