I applied online and took a small assessment. In a little less then a week I got a phone call asking if I still wanted to come in for a interview which I accepted. Interview lasted about 30 minuets.

The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
